The IWS Trident Flood & Drain System is an advanced hydroponic irrigation system that ensures optimal conditions for plant growth through a timed flooding and draining method. This system utilizes gravity and pressure to fill the pots with nutrient solution and then drain it back into the tank, providing a fresh dose of oxygen and nutrients to the root system each time.
How it works?
After connecting the system, it begins operation when the timer sends a signal to the water control module (brain pot). The control unit activates a pump that transfers the nutrient solution from the reservoir into the pots, flooding them to a specific level (set by a float valve). After a set time, the solution drains back into the reservoir using gravity. This cycle can be repeated multiple times per day depending on the plant stage and medium used.
