Medium-late variety, with original small brown fruits, very sharp in taste (300,000 on the Scoville scale). Fruits are an excellent base for sauces, pastes of spice oils and as
addition to marinades of meat and fish. Due to its extremely pungent taste, this variety is not recommended for raw consumption. Seeding in February on pallets under cover. Seedings in phase
one pair of leaves to pick up into pots 8-10cm. Cultivate in sunny, secluded places, on fertile soil.
